About The Chief

Chief Moline was promoted to Chief of Police in June 2018.
Chief Moline grew up in Woodbury Heights and graduated from Gateway Regional High School in 2000. From 2000-2004 he served in the United States Marine Corps which included an 8 month deployment overseas in Iraq, Djibouti, and Liberia. Chief Moline started with the Woodbury Heights Police Department in 2004 and has a Master’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
